The purpose of this site is to provide information on how to
improve all aspects of your life.
Introduction
This website has been created upon gaining years of experience
of what I like to call "Complete Fitness" from training with the likes of; elite
military groups, boxers, body builders, gymnasts, martial artists, footballers,
swimmers, sprinters and long-distance runners.
The goal was to achieve a level of fitness where the body was
improved in every way without sacrificing anything. This meaning not to get better
at one thing and subsequently get worse at another. For example most body builders concentrate on
solely improving their Strength, Power and Appearance, by doing this they are
usually sacrificing their Stamina, Agility and Flexibility.
The way around this is to keep an active approach in
changing your training methods regularly and carrying out a variety of
different ways to keep fit.
The information detailed within the pages on this website will provide you with the knowledge to achieve an improved mental and physical state.
